We actually manufacture our own 100% cotton muslin photography large and extra large backdrops (not imported from India or China) in a variety of colors up to 30x40 feet in size. That means that we can custom color a photography or video backdrop to your needs, we can produce a greater variety of backdrop sizes, and guarantee our backdrops unconditionally.

Dyes are permanent and our backdrops can be machine washed (warm setting, no bleach), the muslin is 100% cotton 5.25 oz. 64x64 tread count that allows amazingly beautiful blending of colors.

Quick Note 1: Your lights and selecting your backdrop — How you light your backdrop makes a big difference! A backdrop that looks one way in natural (daylight / incandescent) light can look quite different under good studio lights (click here). Why would a guy spend $10G on strobes if they didn't make a difference?

Tell us how you're going to light it— if you mainly work in ambient light, we can give the backdrop more intensity and contrast to compensate for lack of reflective punch one gets with strobes. Read more.

Quick Note 2: Turnaround Time: IF we don't have it in stock, your backdrop is manufactured within 2 days. Allow 1-7 days for UPS shipping. In-stock items ship the same day if our order is in before 2pm EST.

Quick Note 3: Packing and Shipping we crush pack the backdrop for shipping -- we used to fold them, but people don't like the waffle-effect creases. By crush packing, the creases will be more random. Yes, natural fiber 100% cotton wrinkles but it's not as shiny in photos as polymixes. Iron it, steam it, hang it, put sandbags on it to stretch it, and light with 2 side lights to reduce the wrinkle look (if you don't want texture). It CAN be done, all of our catalog shots were done with wrinkled backdrops.

Quick Note 4: Exchanges and returns: You may exchange or return for refund (less shipping charges; returns are subject to $25 restocking fee) a backdrop within 30 days of the date it was shipped from us.
