LIGHTING TECHNIQUES:: Backdrop darkness is a function of reflected light. If you want the backdrop to look darker, put less light on it, or move it farther away from subject lights; in turn, more light on it will make it appear lighter. Best technique is to use spot lights (e.g., from floor) in parts of the backdrop and leave other areas in dark. Use gels to shift color cast.

DISPLAY ACCURACY: The images are embedded with ColorSync profiles; however, accurate color on the web is achieved ONLY on Macintosh running Explorer with ColorSync turned ON viewing pictures with embedded ColorSync profiles on calibrated monitors. A very tall order! Hence our guarantee.

TIPS: Don't store the backdrop in a bag, dyes are organic compounds, and you could end up with a smelly backdrop.

To hang quickly without poles and crossbars, use orange clamps from Home Depot, attach wire (bits of string or eletrical copper wire) through clamp hole and hook with padded quick-release clamps to door frames, T-bar ceiling, etc.

Don't fold, instead crush pack for transportation. For smooth look, iron or mist with water when backdrop is hanging.
