OUR GUARANTEE:
Due to variation in monitor calibrations, monitor age, native gamma settings and mismatched color profiles, viewing backdrop colors on monitors is not always perfect. Hence our no-risk purchase protection: If the backdrop does not perform under your lighting conditions as you expected, we will gladly change it to a different one -- no restocking charges, no hassles, no problem. If you want to return the backdrop for refund (less shipping charges), c'mon be reasonable, it must be returned the same day and you MUST call first for instructions otherwise a rental fee of $10/day will apply. Example of abuse: A couple of times we've had guys buy a backdrop, do their photo shoot, then, a few days later, try to return it for a refund, that's not the business we're in. How fair is this? Of course, a rental fee will apply: Rental fee is $30 for first day, $10 per day thereafter.

SHIPPING:
In-stock backdrops ship the same day if your order is received before 2 PM ET. Out of stock items: allow 2-3 days for manufacturing and 1-5 days for shipping. UPS Standard 5-day shipping is $19.71-$26.45 depending on size in the continental USA; 2-day Express and next-day is $35-$65.
